Not Czech, but Prague based. Yes, there is a lively tech community, somewhat harder to enjoy if you don't speak Czech or are an extreme introvert. Still lots of oursourcing companies but also many startups/international companies. At the workplace it is common to speak English, not hard at all to get a job. |

Ah yes a distinction I should have made in my original question. Definitely interested in Czech/Prague based experiences regardless of lineage.
