All the time. Pay transparency has as a far outreaching effect. I tells students, friends, anyone. Sometimes I feel like I am bragging, but most of the time it's just to highlight what you can make in the tech field and I still feel like I'm paid on the lower end. $118,000 a year in the greater philly area. |
