Great feedback. I agree on the point of understating the local times of your attendees. hTime does that as well in the "Meeting Time" feature https://thehtime.com/intersect. Here you can choose the working-hour availability for all attendees so you make sure it's not after 10pm their time for example. You can then copy the link and share. Here is an example of the best meeting time for a meeting taking place San Francisco, New York, London, and Berlin. In green, the clock shows the best time is between P-R baring in mind that the available time to meet is between 8 and 19 (7pm). Does that help? |
