I think the chip you are talking about is Broadwell.

Broadwell was the CPU-core.

Crystalwell was the codename for the eDRAM that was grafted onto Broadwell. (EDIT: Apparently Haswell, but... yeah. Crystalwell + Haswell for eDRAM goodness)
