It also seems to me that many of those who advertise for coming back to the office have a family at home and are fed up with being around them all day long. Let's be honest - most men are bored and annoyed by their wives and children. It's much more pleasant to feel im important at work, get raises and have maybe an affair or two going on. (having an "own" family somewhat correlates with seniority and career level) |
