What the site does not seem to talk about is that an internal commission in 2011 found[1] that the real cost per kWh is around 50-56c. Nuclear power in France is heavily subsidized, directly and indirectly.

France has also underestimated decommissioning costs by a multiple. The real costs are hard to know, but other nations' estimates are much higher.
