Yes, although it isn't the fastest possible. I don't notice a huge difference between the SSD in the primary PC and my 10k RPM Raptor I used to have as the OS disk. I am not aware of the specs of the SSD in the Macbook. This is exactly what I suspected was causing the perceived boost though. |
