After transplantation, these folks will be started on immunosuppressants. These patients are often re-vaccinated when they their cell counts improve. If they state they wound take not the SARS-COV2 vaccines - what is yhe likelihood that they would cooperate with other vaccines. This process is difficult for the patients and family. It is a limited resource. It makes an abundance of sense to be very selective in this process. |
