also it seems that ART+COM already lost the lawsuit. Also I'm wondering what's the "algorithm" involved here. Isn't satellite imaginary processing and 3D rendering already matured techs by then?

Watch it to find out. Brain Anderson was the person who did this. The case was lost but it tells how google stole the patents etc.
