I feel for the author, but he keeps talking about "love" and "passion". Perspective is needed. It's a way to run some code. It's alright to be excited by what you work on but it's just a mechanical thing. Don't wrap your self identity into it. If 80% of your engineers are leaving its just a bad workplace. You don't have to apologize for leaving. |
