My experience was as a direct report to someone like this, they were very toxic.. regularly demeaning their team. They siloed us so it would have been very difficult/impossible for other departments to understand given their influence so I moved on as did everyone else in the team. If you’re also senior I suppose you have a chance of helping other peers to subtly see the behaviour… good luck |
