I never thought I would say this, but, if anything Nigeria has to pay twitter. What value does govt even provide to twitter, for them to pay taxes. If anything its citizens are using it as a platform, to voice their opinions/thoughts. For politicians its a pissing contest platform. This is pure BS and Nigerian govt must be ashamed for trying to exploit.
