The irony is that it is easy for this sort of person to live only for the day, to not be materialistic, etc. All of the things that are in the Sermon on the Mount, but not practiced by the church at large. This sort of person truly has meat and drink that other people know nothing about. Just watch out for the focus to shift and for the pendulum to swing the other way.... |
