Could also be ADD (a form of ADHD) or just a "regular" depression. Try self-medicating with stuff that raises serotonin levels like vitamine-b or asparatam. Excercise a little every day, a 20 minute walk in the woods are better than medicine. If it gets too tough, try to find a professional to talk to. |
