Hey, at least they're not requiring a chip implant. Of course the phone OS people are going to do this. Judging from a few years of Live PD, every single person getting pulled over never ever has a valid ID, but always always has a cell phone that they clutch like their life depended on it. Anything in the article is just a detail that is being hashed out. |
