I got a call from apple.. They want me to change the app icon, apparently that was the issue. I don't believe it thoughh, the appeal responder actually said that "your app has voiceover but the rejection still applies". It doesn't make any sense, they still said oh I'm sorry and we will handle it better in the future blah blah.. Let's see if changing the app icon does something.
