If Big Tech is too powerful, and the US government is too corrupt, then combining them together in a planned economy is unlikely to improve matters. If, on the other hand, you're instead suggesting an alternative to the capitalist mode of production that doesn't involve state-run monopolies, then I think you need to draw the rest of the owl before we can judge whether your system will end up with authoritarianism or not. |
