If you were intrigued by the headline and ultimately let down by this post (like me) then I highly recommend reading “Fooled by Randomness: The Hidden Role of Chance in Life and in the Markets” by Nassim Nicholas Taleb. I think Taleb can be polarizing but I find his style approachable and interesting. I also laugh out loud frequently when reading his works, which is decidedly not the case for other books that cover similar topics (trading, probability, etc). https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/38315 |
