Hey, I've had clients in California who decided two years ago to rewrite a Rails app in PHP because it's too expensive to find rails developer, so switching to a LAMP (litterally, postgres and nginx are also out) is cheaper... It's what their new CTO was familiar with and he wanted to get something more familiar. |
