Also, excercise the ability to just not say anything. By all means, don't bury your head in the sand. But some things aren't productive to talk about. Functionally, you get the same results whether or not you slight that other team / manager / process in a conversation. Everything is always broken. But we get to choose if we only have conversations complaining about broken things. |
