Been there done that. Saying that so you know I'm not full of it. 1. You have to make exercise part of who you are now. You're a runner. Runners run. 2. Think long game. It's going to take a couple years. 3. Start small, and just keep beating your previous. 4. Diet, sleep, exercise in that order. |
