I'd say you can forget half marathons for this year, as normally you can increase your running distance by 1km per week. So if you can't do 5 today, you won't be able to do 20 until 15 weeks later. Just start small and keep it consistent no matter what - like running 1-2km per day NO MATTER WHAT (rain, snow, cold, w/e). Just do it. |
