Running clubs and activity groups make things a lot more sticky. You're meeting Dolores at 6pm to jog the track- can't back out now! Check if there's a running club near you or a triathlon club, they're generally cool and supportive peeps, meet before/after work hours, and for me the accountability of having the team support/dynamic makes it a lasting lifestyle change. |
