Many years ago we used a product called SSA-Names with Oracle databases. We used it to scrub several sources of data to extract consistent customer records after a company merger. In my experience every "match-making" project has very different requirements so it is hard to have a general purpose product. It is easier to write custom scripts / programs to get specific tasks done. |
