I've taken to simply waste interviewer's time at this point. I'll schedule an interview, find out it's a leetcode one, and still plan to attend. With everything remote now, I can just completely check out. Watch a video on another screen while just completely wasting the person on the other end's time.

Even better if I can somehow get to a "virtual onsite" where I likely get to waste 4+ people's time.

If there was a viable solution to pushing for real change in the industry, I'd do that. But there really isn't.
