Have you ever worked on multivariate tests? Testing is how you learn and quantify how much something is disliked, or used, or leads to conversions. This is the perfect fit. I prefer the 1-column layout (user since it was rapgenius.com). If they got angry emails from their users about their UX, and they decided to set up a test to improve it, that's not in the spirit of degrading the UX. |
