i've work for Avanade, many moons ago. i have couple years of coding experiences when i join. they put me into a project that basically doing phone support for one of Fortune 500. they just hire as many people with CS degree or working background in tech then send them out to do "tech stuff" regardless if it fit their employee's background. |
