This advice should be shown to every kid in high school that's considering to pay someone to build his web start-up.

OP, I hope you realize that the costs to maintain the website will, in the long run, probably be a lot higher than the costs of building the initial website. My advice is the same: Learn to code. Your view of what makes a good start-up will change for the better after having built a few small websites of your own.
