I've been seeing this posted in a few threads and in my experience it's plain wrong. When I'm interviewing candidates I don't care about the degree at all. RCNTX: Either you interview and make hiring decisions, and the behavior you're describing is in fact your own, or you have never actually hired anyone and are speculating. Which is it? |
