Physical paper, mostly. I have an 8.5x11 pad that's more of a scratch pad/in progress thoughts/doodles/etc--I almost never look back at these "notes". System designs or notes I want to refer back to go into an actual notebook. Ideas that get fleshed out from the scratch pad land here, as well as meeting minutes and weekly todo items. |
