If you don't want anything bespoke then there are lots of UI libraries around - Tailwind, Bootstrap, Chakra, Fluent, etc. If you need anything more custom then you have no choice besides diving into HTML and CSS (getting the HTML right makes the CSS much easier). Or pay someone. |
