If you are ok to pay for not learning CSS I suggest you to take a look at TailwindUI where there are a lot of screens already created.

There's also https://tailkit.com/ which has 300+ components. I ended up doing a video review[0] of it a few months ago.

Do they have screens or components? I tought they only have modular components that you can then integrate in your project - sort of like material or ant but a bit more complex. Am I wrong?
