Github is the largest site of its kind in the world and still runs on Rails. Stripe is one of the largest fin-tech companies in the world and still runs on Rails. Shopify is one of the largest e-commerce players in the world and runs on Rails. And so on. Scaling isn't the issue people make it out to be and yes it's still a good choice. |
