Usually the animals and the rockets co exist quite well. Rocket launches are relatively rare and most of the time the wildlife is left in peace. Even when the rocket launches it's just a brief moment of noise, other than that it's a lot of open space free of humans. For example there is great wildlife around Kennedy space center.

The complaint that they close the access roads too often seems bizarre to me coming from an environmental group. It would seem to be better for the animals if access is closed more often, not less.
