Read this guy, and follow who cites him: https://www.politico.com/agenda/story/2017/09/13/food-nutrie... CO2 was ~280 ppm for whole Holocene, during which we developed all our crop plants; they're optimised for this CO2 level, they are maximally nutritious at this level. Sure they grow faster, like we do when we eat McDs, but we don't grow well, neither to plants at high CO2. |
