With the randomly generated loot manifests allegedly being sold as NFTs. Seems like an elaborate con but it’s so hard to tell the difference these days.

Strictly on its own, there's not much use for this tool. In the hands of a seasoned DM, I can see this being a great creative tool for quickly expanding more dynamic NPCs.
