I've owned two defective Apple products (out of well over 100) - the iPhone 6s which was an absolute dud of a phone, and no matter how many times Apple replaced the battery in it, it would be back to lasting only an hour or so within weeks. And a butterfly keyboard MBP, which was an absolute shit of a thing. Those two duds were enough to slightly sour my relationship with Apple, but look at the alternatives. |
