What's wrong with the word Caucasian? I think it is used to indicate white people and etymology is such a rabbit hole that it is better to not go there. In fact translating this into most European languages the term “white people” is used. It is a very approximate category but the article even clearly mentions example where pulse monitors work worse to people with darker skin. These categories are still relevant in medicine. |
