I don't understand the catch, can you elaborate (keeping in mind I have no knowledge of how smart contracts work)?
What's the benefits to anyone being able to end the round at any time, even someone with no stake in it?
Also doesn't it mean trolls can end the round at any time for example as soon as a token is entered destroying the system entirely? |

That said, it's not explicitly necessary that anyone be able to end a round. I could have constrained it to only the players in the round, but I thought this was also an interesting twist.
The project is still very much in it's infancy though, so I'm definitely open to ideas (including the name :D).
