I would be curious to find out (on average) how long it took everyone to launch their projects.

http://OmniQRCode.com was the result of a 2-man, 5-hour HACKBLITZ - http://i.imgur.com/uYgoO.jpg - plus about a week and a half of one to two hour fix/finish/polish sessions.

BugMuncher was 2 weeks of evenings and weekends, around 80 hours in total from idea to lanch. Since then there's been at at least another 100 hours in tweaks and updates.
