Why is it gambling?

I mean, in which way is it different from US kids selling lemonade?

If a US kid makes $400k from selling lemonades, you can be sure there's something shady going on as well.
It's not even lemonades, it's urls of pictures of lemonades. You can't drink them. Ownership won't let you look at the pictures in any way that other people can't. The only may to monetise it is to find a bigger fool.
It's even worse, it is a sort of certificate of property of an url where pictures of lemonades can be seen by anyone.

Still a kid "produces" something and sells the product, it doesn't look like gambling to me.
