I think the 2 weeks sick time and unlimited unpaid sick time off were still in effect, not to mention a full day off probably isn't required. Not to say these policies are grand or the working conditions are anywhere near reasonable just that the claim from the lawsuit it was a disability violation seems like it will be difficult to argue vs just being a shitty place to work. |
