During an interview process with Goldman Sachs, I was told I would be given a Leetcode interview to 'assess my abilities.' I asked them if this was the usual process for experienced engineers, they said yes. I declined the rest of the interview process. At the time I worked at a major well-known tech company with 5-year tenure. My thought is: If this is how these companies treat people they actually want to hire, I wonder how they treat people after they're hired? |
