There's been a lot of question about the motivation for this feature. Am I the only one that thinks this could be related to things like the EARN IT (or something similar). It's all about conditioning. First it's to save the children. Then it will be about preventing the terrorists. Finally it will be about preventing "hate speech" - which these days hate speech is pretty much speech from anyone you disagree with :p
Like the 1984 novel, Minority Report wasn't an instruction manual!
