Great name! Seriously, it's the perfect union of GOV and COM. Perfect! I'm wondering what the situation is for US corporations owned by non-US residents. I think in order to contract for US government, via these public tender processes you need at least one US-resident owner/executive. Anyway, this whole area complex.
