The reason it’s so upbeat, is it is written by a phd candidate (in philosophy, not epidemiology) for a “think tank” called The Center for the Study of Partisanship and Ideology. That think tank publishes gems like “colleges and universities are hostile to conservatives”, and has pushed back against COVID-19 mitigation efforts in the past. Not to be trusted. |
