Getting a masters in economics let me get a job in Data Science.

My data science team will be hiring soon and there will be a strong preference for candidates who also have masters degrees.

In my experience, people with masters degrees have a better understanding of statistical fundamentals and do a better job of translating business problems into a something that can be modeled using data sci tools.
