I’m hitting the paywall so I can’t read the article, but the headline reminds me of something Andrew Huberman talked about in one of his recent podcasts- https://youtu.be/rW9QKc-iFoY It’s a small segment at the beginning, about a recent study showing how fermented foods help decrease inflammation possibly through increased gut bacteria diversity. |
