You are right; this app is even worse than iTunes, which was widely considered the worst app Apple ever shipped. However, this app is almost like "Apple's home-made Electron". It uses web views for the majority of its UI, and doesn't even pre-fetch things either, so each new tab is an exercise of stoicism, and usually underperforms the actual web-page version of Apple Music (https://music.apple.com). |
