The Ars Technica link in the article has a much less click-baity take on it. For those specs and at that price point if I had the money at the moment I definitely would get one. I mean sure .... it is called the Mi Pad 5 Pro but what the heck - Would it be better to have called it the Mi Tab 5 Pro (aka a Samsung 'knock-off')? Highly doubt that anyone looking for an iPad would get confused... Why would an Apple product have a name like Xiaomi in it? And even if someone was that 'confused' - in these days of internet commerce, a refund is just an e-mail away. Sure.
